At Bohemiq Studios, we are committed to delivering your order safely, smoothly, and with the utmost care. Because we believe in an intentional, slower pace of making clothes, quality is never rushed. Please read our shipping guidelines carefully before placing your order.

💳 Payment Policy (Prepaid Only)

To maintain smooth studio operations and support our strict zero-waste philosophy, Bohemiq Studios operates on a strictly prepaid model.

We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services.

All orders must be fully paid online via our secure checkout payment gateways before they are sent to our cutting and tailoring tables.

📦 Order Processing & Studio Dispatch Time

All orders are carefully processed, packaged, and dispatched from our boutique studio within 5 to 7 working days after payment confirmation.

Processing time may occasionally extend due to high volume drops, fabric sourcing timelines for our small-batch micro-releases, festival rushes, or national holidays. Our small team will always coordinate with you transparently if an unexpected studio delay occurs.

🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Timelines

Once your order is hand-packaged and leaves our studio, it is handed over to our reliable domestic courier partners.

Shipping Fee: Calculated cleanly and displayed transparently at checkout before you finalize your payment.

Standard Delivery Window: * Metro Cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, etc.): 5 to 7 working days after dispatch.

Rest of India: 7 to 9 working days after dispatch.

Please note: Total time to arrive at your doorstep = 5–7 working days studio processing time + courier transit time.

📩 Shipment Tracking

As soon as your package is dispatched from our space, an automated email and SMS text message will be sent to you containing a unique tracking ID and link so you can follow its journey. It can take up to 24 hours for the tracking status to update on the courier portal.

🚛 Delivery Attempts & Return to Origin (RTO) Policy

Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts to your provided address.

If an order is returned to our studio (RTO) due to an incorrect address, wrong PIN code, customer unavailability, or refusal at the doorstep, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.

We will gladly re-ship the package to you, but a reshipment fee will be applicable to cover the secondary courier charges.

If an RTO occurs solely due to an operational issue on the courier partner’s end, Bohemiq Studios will reship your order immediately at no additional charge.

📅 Unforeseen Delays

Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our transit partners and are not absolute guarantees. Delays may occasionally happen due to extreme weather, regional restrictions, severe transit disruptions, or peak holiday volumes. We closely monitor our shipments to minimize these disruptions.

📌 Important Notes

All delivery timelines are calculated in working days (Sundays and public holidays are excluded).

Orders cannot be redirected to a different address once they have been dispatched from our studio. Please review your shipping details carefully within 12 hours of placing your order if you need to submit a correction.

Missing or Damage Claims: To protect the craftsmanship of our studio, a continuous, unedited unboxing video is strictly required to investigate any claims regarding missing items or transit damages.
