Refund policy
Thank you for welcoming Bohemiq Studios into your wardrobe. Because we craft beautiful pieces in small, intentional batches and reject the wasteful pace of fast fashion, we do not support overproduction or unnecessary transit loops. We kindly ask that you review our size charts carefully before making a purchase.
Below are the detailed terms and conditions that govern our returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Exchange Policy (Size and Style)
We want you to feel completely comfortable and at ease in our silhouettes. If an item does not fit you perfectly, we are happy to offer a size exchange within our standard sizing range (XS to 4XL), subject to fabric and stock availability.
Timeline: You must request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your delivery.
Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged, with all original tags, studio labels, and packaging intact.
Stock Availability: Because we produce in limited, considered numbers, your exact size or style variation may sell out quickly. If the required size is out of stock, we will issue a Store Credit valid for 1 year, which you can use toward any future collection drop.
2. Refund Policy
No Cash/Bank Refunds: To maintain our sustainable, small-batch business model, Bohemiq Studios does not offer cash or bank refunds for reverse logistics.
Store Credit Only: For all approved returns or size variations where a direct exchange is not possible due to stock availability, the amount paid will be returned to you in the form of a Digital Store Gift Card / Credit Note. This credit note will be issued to your registered email address and can be used on any product across our online store.
3. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
Certain orders are final and cannot be returned or exchanged:
Custom Sizing & Alterations: Any garment tailored to custom measurements outside our standard range (XS–4XL) cannot be returned.
Sale & Clearance Items: Items purchased during promotional sales, special archive sales, or marked down as clearance are considered Final Sale.
4. Reverse Shipping Charges
Customer Responsibility: For standard size or style exchanges, the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to our boutique studio.
RTO (Return to Origin): If a package is returned to our studio because the customer provided an incorrect address or was unreachable after 3 delivery attempts, a reshipment fee will be charged to send the package back out.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items (Unboxing Video Mandatory)
We pride ourselves on the meticulous attention to detail and honest craftsmanship that goes into every single stitch. Every piece undergoes a strict quality check before it leaves our cutting and tailoring tables. However, if you receive an item that is defective, damaged during transit, or completely incorrect:
Mandatory Unboxing Video: To initiate a claim for a manufacturing defect or missing item, a continuous, unedited unboxing video is strictly required. The video must clearly show the shipping label, the sealed outer parcel being opened for the very first time, and the defect on the garment. Without a valid unboxing video, our studio will be unable to investigate or process a replacement.
Resolution: If the defect or mistake is verified on our end, we will organize a reverse pickup at our own expense and ship out a brand-new replacement immediately at no additional cost to you.
